Spreadsheet tips

Google Sheets: File → Download → Comma-separated values (.csv).

Microsoft Excel: Save As → CSV UTF-8 (.csv).

Use the template to see the expected columns. Dates should use YYYY-MM-DD. Importing rows adds new records; duplicate rows are not automatically detected.
